NEXT Generational Leadership

The Next Generational Leadership Team develops programs that provide Norman Next Members invaluable experience, tools, and access to community leaders.  

2010-11 Team Goals:

• The tremendously successful Mentorship Program pairs young professionals with Mentors from a pool of Norman’s business, civic and nonprofit leaders. The program runs twice a year with Mentees matched to Mentors that can help them reach their long & short term objectives.
• Entrepreneurial Workshopsto provide real world information on how to start your own small business
• Internship program to keep Norman's talented student base in Norman for the summer

Team Meeting Schedule:
Fourth Tuesday of every month
5:00 p.m. - Locations vary

Team meetings provide team members the opportunity to bring their own leadership talents and help build stronger young professionals across the community.
