Goal:  Increase membership and retain current membership

Initiative 1:  Continue to grow membership of Norman NEXT

What:  Push board and other members to continue pumping names to us.  Word of mouth and referral is an amazing thing.

Initiative 2:  Continually create new ideas to bring fresh and unique perspectives in increasing members

Who:  The board and Membership Development Team
What:  Generate a brainstorm session maybe every other board to get new ideas outside of Membership Development
