About Us

Who?
Norman NEXT is a young professional’s organization for individuals 21 to 40 years of age, working or living in the Norman community. If you’re looking for an opportunity to get involved in your community and meet other professionals your age, then NEXT is for you!

What?
NEXT is an organization that provides opportunities for young professionals to engage themselves with other young professionals and business leaders within the Norman community. NEXT provides different avenues for involvement within the community, such as social networking, government relations, community activism and leadership development, through our NEXT teams.

When?
NEXT hosts two monthly events, NEXT Hour, our social networking event, and a Roundtable Luncheon that hosts various business and inspirational leaders throughout Norman and the OKC metro.

• NEXT Hour is usually held on the second Thursday of each month from 5:30-7:30 p.m. Location varies each month.

• The Roundtable Luncheon is usually held on the third Wednesday of each month from 12:00-1:00 p.m. Location and speaker varies each month.

Why?
Norman NEXT exists to attract, retain and propel the best and brightest young professionals to be the next generation of leaders in the Norman community.

Where?
NEXT makes a difference throughout the community by working with various businesses and organizations including the University of Oklahoma, City of Norman, Norman Chamber of Commerce, Norman Public Schools and several social service agencies.
